Here we go again with the never-ending remakes for the 13+ crowd!

Jill: High-school student, who is amazing in sports, went over her cell-phone minutes and is in big trouble. Her father has suspended her service until she pays for the excess minutes. Forced by her parents to take a $10-hour ‘cushy’ babysitting job in order to pay for the overage, she is driven by her father to an isolated home owned by a Dr. friend-of-the -family where they have a state-of-the-art alarm system as well as architectural fortress.

Poor Jill cannot attend the school bon-fire, her cell is taken away and to make matters worse, she busted her boyfriend cheating with her best friend. Oh the angst of the modern teenager. *barf*

Fast-forward---somehow a ‘stranger’ gains access to this 3-story fortress and begins tormenting Jill by phone. She calls all the ‘usual suspects’ to see if they are the ones attempting to scare her. Finally, Jill calls the authorities, who put a trace on the line and discover that the calls are coming from inside the house itself.

Aside from the decent sound score, this movie was pretty bland.

Sad to say, the industry has ruined yet another of the great horror films from back in the day.

Please stop pissing me off by wasting my hard-earned money!! If I wanted to see shit I would video-tape my dogs dropping ‘dookies’. I almost think it would be more entertaining…….
