THE HILLS HAVE EYES II (2007)
By Larra

Routine training for a group of National Guardsmen goes horribly wrong in this very unnecessary sequel.

Sector 16 in Yuma Flats, NM is being monitored by the military for unknown reasons and when a group of National Guard trainees are directed to make a stop at the top-secret area they realize that something is amiss when they arrive only to find the camp deserted. But after seeing a distress signal high atop the rocky slopes, their pit-stop becomes a search and rescue mission. But little do they know the evil that is lurking in the cavernous rock formations. You see, this is the same area where the Carter family met their fate at the hands of the cannibalistic mutants that now inhabit the abandoned, underground mines and one by one the guardsmen are stalked like prey.

This just went too far and over the top in all aspects and aside from a couple of interesting and creative killings, these mutants were more interested in reproduction via rape than anything else.

About the only positive thing I can say is that this movie reinforced my utter distrust for port-a-potties, so thanks for that.

“Tisk-tisk” for allowing this radio-active sludge to see the light of day.
