Chiller Theatre did a good job organizing Fangoria’s Weekend of Horrors. It was considerably smaller than the shows Chiller usually throws, and there wasn’t much in the way of a crowd; maybe it was the single-digit weather that kept everybody home. One of the ballrooms was set up with a stage for seminars, Q&A panels, and of course, the Saturday night party. There was a huge dealers room, and celebrities hidden away in the smaller rooms included Kane Hodder, Betsy Palmer, Felissa Rose, William Butler, Jonathan Breck, Bill Moseley, and Sid Haig to name a few. I hope Chiller continues to present Fangoria’s conventions and I’ll definitely be back next year.
