Objective: To have as much fun as possible!

Once again, it was a ‘fantabulous’ time in Ohio. Ken and Pam Kish, along with their troops, have delighted our senses once again with all the goodness that is horror!

Getting there a day early kicked-off the weekend. Just hanging out with special people that you don’t get to see every day makes for a great start to what you know is going to be one of the highlight events of the year.

O.K., enough with the mushiness, lets get down to it.

The Devil’s Rejects victims: Geoffrey Lewis, Lew Temple, Kate Norby & Priscilla Barnes were in attendance supporting the Banjo & Sullivan movement while, only tables away, were several of the ‘killing machines’ known as “Jason Voorhees," including: Ari Lehman, Steven Dash, Richard Brooker, C.J. Graham and the beloved Kane Hodder. And who better to sit between this chaotic brood than the ‘Guru of Gross-outs’ himself; Joe Knetter, who was spreading the “Knetter-Love." * Cue cat screeching*

Awesome dealers (as always) were packed wall-to-wall selling their DVD’s, collectibles and one-of-a-kind goodies including: Masks and Monsters, Dead Dog Comics, Teddy Scares, Lix and the always memorable Toe-Tag Pictures. Through the many panels, screenings and even the good ole’ Knetter camping adventure, I’m pretty confident that I speak for everyone when I say that this is one of the most accommodating conventions.

The weekend was a blast! Fantastic and friendly staff (thanks to the Kish Krew) to greet you at every turn, wonderful fans and the best friends you’ll ever find! The hotel staff was fantastic (even if we did endure a 4-hour blackout) and we got to enjoy some moderately-controlled chaos that we all need every now-and-then.

Honestly, if I had to choose only one convention to attend, it would most definitely be CW twice a year!!
